The Keene Neuropsychology Clinic provides services to evaluate different abilities such as:

These and other abilities are often affected in Traumatic Brain Injuries, Strokes, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Epilepsy, and other neurological conditions.

Difficulties in these areas also typically occur in children and adults with Autism, Asperger’s, Down’s Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and other developmental conditions that are related to brain functioning.

Neuropsychological evaluations can help people and other health care providers in many ways such as:

· · Differentiate the early signs of Alzheimer’s disease from other neurological conditions, and age-related memory difficulties.

· · Identify whether a traumatic brain injury or other conditions have resulted in cognitive difficulties, make treatment recommendations, and determine needs for other services.

· · Identify appropriate strategies and interventions for children with neurological or developmental disorders to ensure they receive an adequate education and other interventions.
